Oh please, is that even a real question? Mini, all the way. And both, depends on the fabric and the fit. Solid for pencil, always. Print for something more flowing. I have a feeling Cinna's going to school me on my probably plain by comparison tastes, but for now...I only ever wear skirts or dresses unless I have a good reason not to or I'm just trying to cover a bathing suit.
